Attentive Care is seeking Per-Diem RN Home Care Supervisor to complete assessments and supervisory visits in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties.

Main Job Duties:

• Admissions
• Creating and Updating Care Plan on a Monthly basis
• Orientation of CHHA/Companions
• Supervision/Training of CHHA/Companions
• Medication Administration
• Documentation as per Company/Joint Commission /State Regulations
• Updating Family and Office Staff of changes
• Chart Review/Audits
• Sales/Marketing
• In-Service Training
• Attend Team Meetings

Required Skills:

• RN Degree with a current active license in NJ
• Minimum of 2 years experience as RN
• Home Care/Hospice Experience not required but a plus
• Travel is Required within Territory’s described above(road warrior)
• Must be highly organized
• Self Starter is a must
• Must be able to switch gears quickly
