To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in reference to Attentive Care Home Care Company and it’s owner, Winifred Krofah.
I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Krofah in the capacity of a resource for companion help when my residents have needed one to one assistance. I began using Attentive Care approximately 15 years ago, as I was intrigued by the history of how Ms. Krofah developed her business. One thing that we do not always experience in the health care field is an owner who has experience with working hands on as she grew a career in nursing. In addition, because of that experience, she developed a company surrounding her knowledge that the area was in need of a reputable, dependable, and caring companion company. This devotion to providing excellent services has been a long standing characteristic of Attentive Care. I have personally experienced a consistent quality of care presented Ms. Krofah herself, and the staff that she personally trains. I have also personally witnessed her working directly with the recipient of care when and if she needed to step in and accommodate an absence of her staff.
Overall, I would gladly recommend Attentive Care and the service Ms. Krofah provides for any of our clients/residents, and for my own loved as well.
