Physical Therapy

Physical therapy includes diagnosing the movement dysfunction and designing a treatment plan. This can be provided either individually or in groups of five participants per therapist. The time that every session began and ended must also be recorded in the participant’s clinical record. This is available or sought when a qualified health professional prescribes it or is specified in an individual’s service plan.
