If you are an RN looking for a job that is rewarding and enjoyable at the same time, look no further!<\/p>\n<p>Main Job Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admissions<\/li>\n<li>Creating and Updating Care Plan on a Monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Orientation of CHHA\/Companions<\/li>\n<li>Supervision\/Training of CHHA\/Companions<\/li>\n<li>Medication Administration<\/li>\n<li>Documentation as per Company\/Joint Commission \/State Regulations<\/li>\n<li>Updating Family and Office Staff of changes<\/li>\n<li>Chart Review\/Audits<\/li>\n<li>Sales\/Marketing<\/li>\n<li>In-Service Training<\/li>\n<li>Attend Team Meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RN Degree with a current active license in NJ<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience as RN<\/li>\n<li>Home Care\/Hospice Experience not required but a plus<\/li>\n<li>Travel is Required within Territory\u2019s described above(road warrior)<\/li>\n<li>Must be highly organized<\/li>\n<li>Self Starter is a must<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to switch gears quickly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Come join our wonderful team and have a rewarding career helping seniors live happy and healthy in their homes!<\/p>\n<p>Please email resume to fax your resume to 856-773-0339.
